Less Time than You Thought Possible

As we stated previously, when it comes to exercise, “just doing it” is not good enough.  How you do it is what counts – especially if you want to maximize your results.

Sure, there are many different types and methods of exercise.  As it's been said, "Many roads lead to Rome".  But, while some methods of exercise are good, some are not.  Furthermore, some methods of exercise carry with them an unacceptably high risk of injury. The fact is, not all exercises and methods offer equal benefit or are equally safe.  As many people in fitness centers around the country have already found out, a lot of time can be wasted getting little to no meaningful results, or worse yet, an injury can put you in worse off condition than if you had never exercised in the first place!

At  Precision  Fitness  we  don't  take  chances  with  your  time  or  your    well-being.  We use only the most effective form and methods of exercise to help you achieve your personal goals. You'll achieve your personal best in a safe and time efficient manner.

Twenty-five years of education and clinical experience has taught us what medical science now confirms – strength training exercise is the most effective way to achieve a healthier and more physically fit body and fight the effects of aging.  Properly performed strength training can provide every single health benefit associated with exercise (hence eliminating the need to perform several different types of exercise) and strength training will also provide far more physical fitness and functional improvement benefit than any other single exercise or activity.

In order to capitalize on all that strength training has to offer and make the best use of your valuable time, Precision Fitness takes a significantly different approach to strength training than the conventional methods used by other trainers and other fitness centers.  Instead of attempting to entertain you with games, gimmicks, and passing fads, we provide what your body requires We magnify the power of strength training by using the most effective exercises carefully matched to your muscle and joint function; by teaching you to perform each exercise with precision to promote maximal involvement of the targeted muscles and body parts; by using slow and controlled movements against the resistance to maximize muscle tension and load; by carefully monitoring and ensuring that your effort and intensity during exercise is at the level necessary for optimum effect; and finally, by employing a variety of different techniques that create higher level stimuli when needed to break plateaus and promote continued progress.

As a result of all our efforts and techniques your muscles and all other support systems such as your cardiovascular system, skeletal system, energy/metabolism, and hormonal system are worked at a higher level than conventional strength training methods. The superior stimulation provided by our methods eliminates the need for lengthy and frequent workouts involving multiple sets of the same exercise.  We in effect provide you with stronger medicine that requires a smaller dose.  You spend less time in the gym, but achieve outstanding results.  On average just two weekly sessions of 30 minutes each is all that is required.

By consistently adhering to your exercise program at Precision Fitness and following our direction you can expect to achieve all the following physical benefits and more:
