At Precision Fitness we
understand the importance of exercise to your overall health,
well-being, and physical ability. We also understand the fact that there
are many desires, responsibilities, and obligations competing for your
time. This reality often leaves little time in your schedule for exercise.
This is why we employ a sane and sensible approach to exercise that enables
our clients to obtain maximum fitness benefits in the safest and most time
efficient manner possible. At Precision Fitness you won’t have to neglect
essential exercise in order to fulfill your other responsibilities – you CAN
do both – without compromising health and fitness benefits.
We
believe exercise, like any important worthwhile endeavor, needs to be taken
seriously, and applied logically and rationally. If maximum benefits
are to be realized, and injury avoided, the carefree "just do it" attitude
doesn't cut it. What we mean is simply this: Proper exercise requires
more than just getting off the couch and
"moving".
Recreational activities, games and sports, and basic activities of daily
living such as walking, mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, and playing
with the kids, do NOT suffice in terms of effective, result producing,
health enhancing exercise. Be active all you want with activities you
enjoy participating in, but serious structured exercise is still required if
you wish to meaningfully enhance your body.
Our goal at Precision
Fitness is to provide an exercise program that optimally satisfies three
main objectives -- safe, effective, and time efficient.
Basically, exercise should never cause injury; should always stimulate
significant improvements in health and fitness; and never consume any more
time than minimally necessary to produce maximum results.
Successfully achieving these objectives doesn't happen by chance.
Which is why every aspect of our facility and program has been well
researched and designed with your results in mind.
