The
first step in the development of your exercise program at Precision
Fitness is an initial consultation with one of our exercise specialists.
During this consultation we’ll learn what’s important to YOU
about your health, fitness, and overall well-being. We’ll
learn about your goals, physical needs, health history, and prior
experience with exercise. With this information, we’ll design
the most appropriate and effective exercise program for you, and
then educate you on the process and teach you the skills necessary
for productive exercise.
Each of your exercise sessions will be conducted under the watchful
eye of a trained exercise professional who will:
Oversee your performance and ensure that all aspects are performed
correctly and safely Setup
all equipment with proper settings
Keep
accurate records and details relating to your performance
Manipulate
progression variables to keep you constantly improving
Motivate
and encourage your personal best effort
Answer
your questions and address any concerns
From time to time, private consultations are conducted to review your
progress and discuss issues and aspects relating to your program and
goals.
We
provide overall fitness programs customized to individual needs.
In addition, we also offer several programs for special needs.
These are:
PrecisionBODY™— A complete program of diet, nutrition, and
exercise to lose unwanted bodyfat and strengthen and re-shape
the body.
SpineFIT™
—
Uses specialized spinal exercise machines, including an exclusive
custom retrofitted Nautilus 2ST low back machine, to isolate the
various spinal segments such as the lower-back and neck, and
strengthen and condition these vital areas.
Golf Fitness —
Strengthens and conditions the
muscles essential to golf, and
improves flexibility,
club head speed, drive length,
and reduces low back pain
and other injuries.
